These terms govern your use of the Cassaro Beauty website and any order you place through it. They are written to meet the disclosure requirements of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

This website does not take payment. When you complete the checkout, your order is prepared as a WhatsApp message and sent to our team. We then confirm stock, quote the delivery cost and send you our banking details.
An order becomes a contract only once we have confirmed it in writing on WhatsApp. Until then it is a request, and we may decline it — for example if an item has sold out or we cannot deliver to your area.
Prices are quoted in South African Rand and confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. Delivery is quoted separately and depends on your address. If a price is displayed incorrectly through an obvious error, we will tell you before taking payment and you are free to cancel.
Payment is by bank transfer or EFT to the account we send you. We do not accept card payments on this website and will never ask for your card number, PIN or online banking password. Goods are dispatched once payment reflects.

Your rights to return goods are set out in our Returns Policy, including the cooling-off right that applies to electronic transactions under South African law.
We describe products as accurately as we can, using information from the brands themselves. Colours vary between screens. Skincare affects people differently: nothing on this site is medical advice, and you should patch test new products and speak to a professional about a condition or a concern.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act. Beyond those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
